Performance Tracker: Part 1

We've already created two pages of metrics that help us understand our general HR status as well as where we sit from a Diversity and Inclusion perspective.

Now the HR team would like to have a view where they can continually track an individual employee's performance scores based on their yearly performance reviews.

We do not recommend doing so, but if you lost progress you can load the solution workbook of the previous exercise 2_2_maritalstatus_and_ethnicity_solution.pbix from the Exercises folder.
