Employee-facing AI already supports a range of HR activities. It can help explain policies, guide onboarding steps, surface learning resources, or support career exploration. These tools reduce friction and improve access to information—but they also raise the stakes. Some of these use cases are relatively low risk. Others require much tighter boundaries.
