Creating a storage account

To be able to test whether ReadRadar works as expected while being hosted on Azure, you will need to upload a file containing book data. To do this, your first task is to create a correctly specified storage account. The data architect has given you the following requirements:

• All resources should be assigned to a resource group
• Standard performance should be set
• Locally redundant storage is needed
• All resources need to be assigned to the East US Region

Once the storage account is created, the data architect wants you to check the default access tier. This is the access tier an uploaded blob defaults to if not set explicitly.
