Sequence to Build a Custom Role

Claro is onboarding a new contractor who needs read access to the REPAYMENTS table. The data team needs to create a purpose-built role, grant it the minimum required privileges, and assign it to the contractor's user account. Running these statements in the wrong order will produce an error - you can't grant privileges on a role that doesn't exist yet, and you can't assign a role to a user before it's been granted object privileges.
