Group by transformation

The patient experience lead for City Medical Center has reached out to you to get some trending data for their median satisfaction results. They put a project plan in place back in February 2023 and want to evaluate if it results in improved scores. Their focus was on question 3 of the patient experience survey: "How would you rate the professionalism of our staff?".

Your task in this exercise will be to shape and aggregate the data as required, and produce a trending plot for them to add to their slide deck.
