Append vs. CDC

When ingesting data, we must consider more than simply the characteristics of the incoming data itself. We must also consider how this data relates to any existing datasets it is a part of. As we learned in the video, we can largely consider data ingestion to fall into two big categories: appending data, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
