Add a table to a Delta Share

Apex Consulting now also needs the silver-layer engagement data for deeper analysis. Rather than creating a separate share, add the client_engagement_silver table to the existing partner_engagement_share - keeping all shared data organized in one place.

This is how real teams manage shares: one share per partner, with multiple tables added over time as needs evolve.
