Assign discount percentage

The Furniture company is launching an exciting sales campaign with fantastic discounts for bulk buyers! Here's the deal:

• A whopping 10% discount when you buy more than 40 items.
• Enjoy a solid 8% discount for purchases between 25 and 40 items.
• Get a neat 5% discount for buying less than 25 items.

They need your help to add a new column called Discount% and fill it with the appropriate discount percentage based on the quantity of items purchased.
