Investigating churn reasons
The logical next step is to investigate the different reasons why customers churned. Your job is to create a column chart listing the different reasons why customers churn in descending order.
We do not recommend doing so, but if you lost progress you can load the solution report of the previous exercise 1_2_calculating_churn_solution.pbix from the Exercises folder.
