Modify a scheduled workflow to POST downstream

The scheduled workflow gates on business hours, but the True branch just sets a status message — it doesn't do anything useful yet.

Replace the placeholder with real work: build an order payload using Edit Fields and POST it to Workflow B with an HTTP Request node, completing a full schedule-to-consumer pipeline.
