Wire up a sub-workflow

Both sides of the priority split need the same processing logic. Copying nodes onto each branch works today, but invites drift and bugs as the workflow grows.

Import the main and sub-workflow starters, then wire an Execute Sub-workflow node on each If branch so both paths call one shared workflow instead of duplicating nodes.
