Add a human-review step to the flow

Contoso's IT maintenance flow turns each new maintenance notice into an Outlook email with no human check, and Legal has made it clear that nothing goes to staff without a person's sign-off.

You'll build a short version of that flow, then insert a review step ahead of the email, so the flow pauses for a person instead of moving on by itself. The order matters: a review step placed after the send step can't stop anything.
