Scheduling a consumer Dag on an Asset

Now that the sales producer signals when data is ready, you need a consumer Dag that runs automatically whenever the asset is updated. Define the same asset (s3://data-lake/sales/daily.csv) and set the consumer's schedule to it so Airflow triggers the Dag after each update.
