Converting a classic Dag to TaskFlow

Your team has decided to adopt the TaskFlow API for all new pipelines. Your manager asks you to rewrite an existing ETL pipeline that used PythonOperator with manual >> wiring.

The original classic version is available as a reference in dags/classic_etl.py. A scaffolded TaskFlow version is ready for you to complete.
