Add a bank details topic

Besides expenses, Contoso's HR team hears regularly from people who've changed banks and want their pay to follow. You'll add a second topic for updating bank details, and keep it clearly separate from expense claims.

Once an agent has more than one topic, descriptions start to matter. The agent picks a topic by comparing a question with each topic's description, so a description that strays into another topic's subject makes the agent's choice harder.
