With our data cleaned up, we’re now ready to start exploring!

As with any bivariate (two variables) time series analysis, it’s important to understand the trends associated with our data and how the time series may be related.

We assume that there exists cycles of peak avocado volumes which should correspond with pricing – let’s firstly explore whether there is any evidence of this visually.
