Pivoting in Excel Power Query

Another request from the patient experience committee has landed in your inbox. They are launching an initiative to improve patient satisfaction scores. They had a hunch that female patients scored lower than males, so want to focus on this group.

Additionally, they don't want to see any granular data, so you will have to reshape and aggregate in the Power Query editor.
