Dashboard adoption

Your IT team is monitoring the usage analytics for a dashboard that has been live for a year. Your goal is to assess how well the dashboard has been adopted by internal and external stakeholders.

Your dashboard metrics include usage rate, application usage, user satisfaction, and the number of help desk tickets. Work through all three reporting periods, then decide whether internal and external (remote) users have adopted the dashboard equally.
