Defining "premium" with an instruction

Second fix: "premium customers." When the team asks about premium revenue, Genie guesses that premium just means business users, but the team means something stricter: business accounts with a company on file.

This is a terminology gap, so the right lever is a text instruction. A precise definition added once will steer every premium question from then on.
