Analyzing ridership behaviour

At Citibike, understanding ridership behavior is key to ensuring reliable access to our bikes. This means we need to understand the ridership peak and non-peak periods for our different customer groups (casual members / annual members ).

Now, we've heard rumors that our paying members can't always access bikes during weekdays at peak times due to suspected heavy usage by casual riders.
