Summary and data output

The next insight for the presentation requires summary totals of residential and commercial units per neighborhood, along with the minimum and maximum years the properties were built.

Your supervisor would also like the median sale price per neighborhood and has asked if the summary dataset can be output as an Alteryx database (.yxdb format) to share it with other Alteryx users in the company.
