Now it's time to get started with some comparative analysis.

The leadership team at HealthStat is keen to have visibility on how average LOS days and total discharges (number of patients) compare between hospitals. The clinical advisor noted that it's important to also factor in the total number of practicing surgeons by hospital so you will need to factor that in as well.
