Calculating receivables delay

When a customer orders a product from us, we don't receive payment immediately, as we must wait for our distributors to pay us. Our distributors pay us a lump sum for all orders for their products at the end of each month.

Your manager would like you to analyze the amount of time we wait for payment from our partners, as well as the ability to provide a precise timestamp (in UNIX) to trigger an invoice from our internal applications.
