Churn rate

Now that we've built a flag for if a customer has churned, we can calculate churn rate, the rate at which customers stop purchasing, using the churn flag we calculated earlier.

If you have lost progress, close any open workbooks and load 4_2_churn_rate.twbx from the Workbooks folder on the Desktop.
