Input data and sampling top 25%

After reviewing the output dataset, the team discovered one more insight that should be added to the presentation. Based on the top 25% of median sales, they want to know the first year properties were built in each neighborhood. You can quickly create a new workflow and obtain this additional data with the Alteryx database .yxdb created earlier, then apply a Sample and Summarize tool.
