Cipher Coffee needs a shared repository for reports that multiple teams can manage without configuring client mounts. In this exercise, you will create an Azure File share, organize content with directories, upload a file, and apply metadata, all within the Azure Portal.

Instructions

Create a File share named “reports-share” in your Storage account using the Transaction optimized tier. - Add a directory named “monthly” to establish a simple folder structure. - Upload a test file into “monthly” from Desktop/Resources. - Add file-level metadata (for example, department: finance) and verify it in Properties. - Avoid client mounting. Complete all actions in the Azure Portal.
