Setting up a basic event flow

The purpose of this exercise is to get familiar with how Event Grid resources are created. We will choose a multipurpose Event Grid resource, as it can be used by any application type, regardless of whether it's hosted in Azure or not. We will go into more details on event flows in the next video.
