Event filtering

You are managing the back-end of a social media app where users can upload their photos. The user and their friends should get notified when their photo is uploaded and is available to view.

Photos get uploaded to a Blob storage. However, blob storage also accepts other file types for other purposes. Therefore, you need to set up system events with event filtering to ensure only photo upload events trigger notifications.
