Add manager names and interpret a missing value

For the same non-profit, you're wanting to investigate how the manager for each campaign may have impacted its performance.

The same workbook also has a Team table (manager ID, manager name, region), so it's your task to add the manager name to the Campaigns table so you can see who runs each campaign.
