Explore the Fabric Capacity Metrics app

When a report or query is slow, the Microsoft Fabric Capacity Metrics app is the go-to tool for seeing how a capacity is being used and what is driving the load. It is a Power BI app that reports on the compute and storage usage of Fabric and Power BI Premium capacities. In this exercise, you'll locate the app in the Apps gallery and review what it offers, without installing it.

Note: If you get an error about an API rate limit, this usually happens because a previous Fabric task has not completed. You can view active Fabric tasks from the Monitor page (located on the left vertical menu). Canceling old Fabric tasks in the Monitor page will usually resolve the rate limit error.
