That was a lot of analysis to perform. Excellent work. You have reached the end of the text mining workflow. You started with a specific problem statement and then identified employee reviews as your source. Next you cleaned the text using functions from qdap and tm. You also made a bi-gram TDM for all the corpora and then proceeded to make some interesting visuals. Now you need to come to a conclusion and help out those HR recruiters. You may not always be able to reach a conclusion or insight, but following the prescribed steps helps increase your chances of creating a text mining project that is both interesting and useful.
