Expanding Cursor's context
Cursor gives you the option to toggle Max Mode, which dramatically increases how much of your project the AI can load at once.
With Max Mode off, Cursor already handles a large amount of context — perfect for most day-to-day tasks. But when you're working in large codebases, monorepos, or issues that span many interconnected files, turning Max Mode on gives Cursor the visibility it needs.
You're working on TaskMate, and you want to choose the right setting for each task so Cursor loads only as much context as needed.
