Congratulations!

1. Congratulations!

Congratulations! You made it to the end of the course! Let's recap everything you've learned.

2. Chapter 1

In Chapter 1, you discovered the different modes of interacting with Copilot in Excel. You enabled agent mode to give Copilot the ability to edit your workbook to create datasets, write formulas, and add new rows and columns. You also realized the power of using Copilot to clean-up your data and get to your insights quicker.

3. Chapter 2

In Chapter 2, you discovered how to link data together using XLOOKUP, but using Copilot to do the heavy lifting. This approach means you can more easily separate data into distinct, modular tables, then let Copilot handle the complexity of joining them during analysis. You also used Copilot to create summaries of your data - both through numerical pivot-style tables, and visualizations. Copilot unlocks the fast iteration necessary to ensure that the final summaries are ready for presenting.

4. Chapter 3

Finally, in Chapter 3, you used Copilot to implement conditional formatting rules. This makes your tables easier to skim at a glance, and can help you identify data quality issues like inconsistent values and missing data. You wrapped up the course by taking Excel and Copilot to the max - performing multi-step analyses comprising of calculations, plots, and interpretation.

5. Where next?

With these powers now at your fingertips, I encourage you to try them out on one of your own projects, like finance budgeting, inventory, or fitness tracking. DataCamp also has courses to help you go a step further. If you want to know more about Microsoft Copilot, and how it integrates into other Microsoft Office applications, check out these courses. If you want to know more about AI in general for work productivity, consider checking out this course.

6. Let's practice!

Congratulations, again! Best of luck on the rest of your journey!
