Adding a splash of color to status columns

Your team lead wants to see at a glance how the tracker is doing. Use Copilot to add two conditional formatting rules to the Status column: highlight "Complete" in green, then "Overdue" in amber. With both marked, the balance between finished and late work is obvious without counting. Verify the column, condition, and color for each rule.
