Draft a personalized response

Acme's feedback pipeline now classifies sentiment and routes to the right branch — but the branches are empty. The support team wants the workflow to automatically draft a polite response tailored to each customer's situation.

Use Edit Fields on the negative branch to set a response instruction, then connect it to a single Agent node that combines the instruction with the customer's feedback to generate a personalized apology.
