Ask CoCo from the shell
Your refund script put the USB-C Hub at the top, and before calling the supplier, the product team wants to know whether reviews tell the same story: which product has the most 1-star reviews? There are no files this time, so ask CoCo in a single command from the shell, the way a scheduled script would, without opening a session.

- In the terminal, type
cortex execfollowed by a space, without pressing Enter yet. - After it, paste this prompt, including the quotes:
"Using SHOP.REVIEWS and SHOP.PRODUCTS, which product has the most reviews rated 1? Answer in one sentence." - Add the flags that block the write, edit and bash tools and limit CoCo to 5 turns, then press Enter.
