Your data team at an online electronics retailer is helping the product team understand its weakest reviews. There are 58 reviews in SHOP.REVIEWS rated three stars or fewer, more than anyone wants to read, so have CoCo sort them by reason, starting with a small sample.

Exercise instructions
- Start a CoCo session and ask it to classify five reviews rated 3 stars or lower as arrived damaged, faulty product, setup or compatibility, or delivery or support, and to show you the labels.
- Press
Ctrl+Oto expand the view, and check the query CoCo ran and the AI function it used. - Have CoCo classify all reviews rated 3 stars or fewer, count the reviews for each reason, and save the result as a table called
LOW_RATING_REASONS. - Close the session.
