Examining EBITDA
EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, is an alternate measure of profitability to net income. Management is interested in understanding how this measure evolves over time. Luckily for us, it can be calculated fairly simple in this model by summing gross profit and operating expenses.
