Preventing duplicate nominations

This exercise picks up where you left off. Oakmark is happy with the app, but noticed that it is possible to nominate an officer more than once. Help them prevent duplication by adding conditions to the action sequence associated with clicking Nominate.

You'll add a condition that checks whether the Nominated column is already checked for the record, and if so, pop up another modal explaining that this officer has already been nominated.
