Descriptive statistics for a variable
An important part of the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) process is simply describing the data. A great place to start is to choose several variables of interest and use basic descriptive statistics - minimum, median, mean, maximum, standard deviation - to learn more about how those variables range in values (e.g. their distributions).
In this exercise, you'll do this for the price of a listing and the acceptance rates for their hosts. Visit Microsoft Learn for more context on each statistical summary.
If you have lost any progress, close any open reports and load 1_2_describe.pbix
from the Workbooks folder on the Desktop.
