Key performance indicators
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) help businesses track how they are doing versus relevant metrics. In this case, our CCO wants to see how the company is faring compared to two important measures, one for total orders and one for total returns. Returns are not good for the company, as it means an order that was processed for a retailer was sent back due to errors or faulty goods. This costs Threads Ltd money, so the fewer returns made the better.
