Well done! You've prepared the New York City property dataset by applying formulas to create calculated fields such as "Price per Sq. Ft.", "Year", "Type" and "Apartment", plus using the results to obtain how many apartments have a sale price of $1 million or more.

Now, your supervisor would like some summary datasets and insights for a presentation to clients.

The first insight will be based on the top 10 highest-selling properties and grouped by type, then the average sale price per neighborhood will be calculated along with the most recent sale date.
