Basic and chained filters
Now that we've prepped much of the dataset by modifying data types, cleaning data, selecting fields, and sorting to find the highest sale price for all New York City properties, we can start to dive deeper into analysis.
Your supervisor at the New York real estate company would like to narrow down the dataset to show only records with zip codes and a listed year the property was built. In addition, they are only interested in researching properties with a sale price of $100,000 or greater.
With all the subsets of data requested, this would be a perfect time to use the Filter tool! Let's continue with the workflow we began building in Chapter 1.
