Forming analytical questions

Following up on the scenario with the car-sharing company “GoRideX”, you have uncovered that the Customer Satisfaction Rate decreased in July. Using the KPI tree you then identified the KPIs or metrics that drive customer satisfaction:

  • App usability (App Response Time)
  • Customer support response times
  • Customer feedback score (Cleanliness of vehicles)

Now, based on these inputs. you want to move to the important step of forming analytical questions to solve the problem with data! But remember, the analytical questions need to be SMART!
