Spotting last mile inefficiencies

Our marketing department continues receiving complaints about delayed shipments. They have asked you to analyze the problem. Perhaps the "last mile" step in some countries is less efficient than in others.

In this last exercise of the chapter, you will visualize on a map the shipment delays per country. This should supply our management with inefficiency proof points. That will help in their discussions with the transportation partners!
