Matching real values with entity matching

When the Sales team asks about "successful" payments, Genie invents a value, status = 'successful', that doesn't exist in the data, so it returns nothing or guesses with a fuzzy match. The real column stores completed.

Entity matching fixes this by mapping the words people use to the actual values stored in a column. Turn it on for the columns most prone to this, then watch Genie translate "successful" into the right filter.
