Filter API results with query parameters

As Acme adds more cities and options, hard-coding everything into one URL gets brittle. Query parameters keep each setting visible so anyone can change inputs without editing the URL by hand.

Switch HTTP Request to Berlin, move format and lang into Query Parameters, and add a localized description field to Edit Fields alongside your existing flat fields.
