Bootstrap CLAUDE.md for the UI generator

You've joined the uigen team for the week. Your tech lead has dropped you into the uigen-mini codebase to learn the team's patterns before tackling the full app, and your first task is to get Claude Code up to speed on the project.

The project in your working directory is a slim version of the uigen.zip you saw in the project setup article — trimmed so /init runs quickly in the sandbox. Same shape, fewer files. Everything you learn here applies to the full project found at /home/repl/uigen-mini/.
