Working with tooltips

One thing users have consistently asked for is the ability to see, at a glance, the quarterly expenditures for a given department. Instead of trying to fit that into the Department Breakdown report, we would like you to make that information available when a user hovers over a given department in the Over Budget page's departments table.

If you have lost progress, close any open reports and load 3_2_visual_header_tooltips.pbix from the Exercises folder on the Desktop.
