Setting Up a Service Bus Namespace

Azure Service Bus is a fully managed enterprise message broker for reliable, ordered, and decoupled communication. In this exercise, you'll provision a Service Bus Namespace, then create a queue, a topic, and a subscription in the Azure Portal to prepare for asynchronous messaging patterns.
